“I believe that government should be open, transparent, accessible and available to all, not for the few or for the privileged.”
Community Members I’ve met with
On this journey, I had the opportunity to meet and help our friends and neighbors by:
Meeting with a local family to address their concerns over the high speeds some drivers use on Lake Shore Boulevard and their special needs child at play.
Also having the ability to address the speeding issue on Sandy Point Way by having a speed bump installed after learning that was an issue with speeding drivers on that street.
Meeting with local community members on a Friday evening working to address their concerns over commercial trucks on Pleasant Drive.
Meeting with the community to address his concerns over the possible destruction of the wooded area to pave the way for the Rice Hope Expansion.
Being responsive to concerned citizens over the proposed Greenland rezoning on Hendley Drive.
“It’s not about me and it’s not about my opponent. It’s about you and where you want this city to be in the next 50 years.”
